MY JOURNEY. 

My fitness journey defines who I am as a person. As a teenager, I was a multi-sport athlete. As a young adult, I pursued competitive sports, CrossFit, & long-distance running. I pushed myself hard & unfortunately, hit a few snags that ultimately transformed the way I view fitness.

Through the injuries I suffered, I developed a more mindful stance on the importance of functionality & control. Our bodies are not meant to go 100% every time we compete & train. With this understanding, I transformed the way I view myself as an athlete and the way I coach others.

It’s important to listen to your body. To know what does and doesn’t work for you. Together, we can achieve your fitness goals — whether that’s getting more comfortable in the gym, completing daily activities with ease, or getting outside more with your dog. Everyone’s goal is different and I know we can reach it together.

FREE Track Workout at Charlottesville High School Track. 9AM

Join us every Sunday at 9AM for a FREE track workout! Beginner, intermediate, and expert workout options will be available — this event is open to everyone, regardless of skill level!
